The Issue
Despite legal frameworks like Republic Act No. 10636, the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, and Republic Act No. 11650, the Inclusion and Services for Learners with Disabilities Act, societal barriers and discriminatory attitudes persist. Many individuals with disabilities face limited access to education, employment, healthcare, and transportation.
